1. 收集目的 Purpose of Collection

閣下於本表格內提供的個人資料（包括姓名、電話號碼及電郵地址），將僅由珍古德協會（香港）（下稱「主辦方」）用於處理「『根與芽』學校行動小組」及「『根與芽』社區行動小組」的報名事宜、就該活動與閣下聯絡，以及相關的行政安排。

The personal data provided by you in this form (including your name, phone number, and email address) will be used by the Jane Goodall Institute Hong Kong (the "Organizer") solely for the purpose of processing your registration for "Roots & Shoots School Action Group" and "Roots & Shoots Community Action Group", communicating with you regarding the event, and relevant administrative arrangements. 

 

2. 資料保密與轉移 Confidentiality and Transfer of Data

閣下的個人資料將被嚴格保密。主辦方不會將閣下的個人資料披露、轉移或出售予任何第三方作推廣用途。閣下的資料僅供主辦方獲授權的人員查閱，除非法律規定或已獲閣下事先同意，否則不會向外披露。

 

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential. The Organizer will not disclose, transfer, or sell your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data will only be accessible by authorized personnel of the Organizer and may be disclosed only when required by law or with your prior consent. 

 

3. 查閱及更正權利 Access and Correction

根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），閣下有權要求查閱及更正我們所持有的閣下之個人資料。如需行使此權利，請以書面形式發送至 event@janegoodall.org.hk

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. Such requests should be made in writing to event@janegoodall.org.hk
